Appointments and cancellations: to book, cancel or reschedule an appointment you must contact the salon by phone, or schedule future appointments at the time of checking out. In case of cancellation a 24 hour notice is appreciated. Continuous last minute cancellations and no shows will result in a pre-payment of services for future appointments.

Children are welcomed, but should be accompanied by an adult (not receiving services). Please refrain from using cell phones during your appointments; keeping them on quiet is appreciated.

We guarantee our services. If unhappy, notify us by phone within 48 hours of a haircut and one week of a chemical process.

Visa/Mastercard, and pin-based debit cards are accepted. Gift certificates are to be presented at time of check out. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not honored.
